Educational Success Tutoring is owned and operated by Peter J. Mamos. Pete received his undergraduate degree from Syracuse University in 1995 and his Master’s degree from Boston College in 2000. Before opening Educational Success in 2005, Pete taught in both the public and private school settings. Originally from Concord, Pete now resides in Nashua with his wife and three children.

SUSAN SCRIBNER, B.A.
Susan graduated valedictorian of her class at Rivier College, earning her Bachelor of Arts in 1995. She taught middle school in the Merrimack and Nashua school districts, and was awarded the Sallie Mae Most Outstanding First Year Teacher Award for New Hampshire. She has tutored for over 10 years, coaching students from elementary through high school to achieve their academic potential. Other than tutoring, you’ll find her trying to keep up with her two children, experimenting with a new recipe or enjoying a good book.

CHLOE YOUNG, B.S.
Chloe graduated from Saint Anselm College in 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in
Biochemistry & Molecular Biology. She has experience as a college chemistry lab
instructor and now works as a researcher in a microbiology lab. Outside of the lab, she
enjoys tutoring biology and chemistry. In 2022, she began as a college tutor and now
focuses on helping middle and high school students discover the joy of learning
science.

CHERYL ROSENTHAL, M.Ed.
Cheryl received her undergraduate degree from Radford University in 1981 and her Master’s degree from Boston College in 1983. Cheryl has also worked as a tutor since 1996. She has extensive experience working with individuals with special needs in both the private and public sectors. Cheryl also serves as our office manager and is responsible for all scheduling.

MARY LOU BROWN, M.Ed.
Mary Lou graduated from the University of Massachusetts with her Masters in Education in 1993. She received her Bachelors in Biology from St. Joseph’s College, Maine, where she played basketball and softball. Mary Lou is a licensed Massachusetts and New Hampshire science teacher, and has 15 years experience teaching high school science. She offers help with learning strategies, organization, and breaking down challenging scientific concepts.
